Abstract:Laparoscopic radical surgery for gastrointestinal tumors has evolved from organ-oriented,to vascular-oriented,and finally to mesenteric-oriented approaches.Finding better ways to perform mesenteric-oriented radical resection and simplifying the surgical process is a direction that gastrointestinal surgeons are actively exploring. In our center, based on mesenteric-oriented radical surgery for gastrointestinal tumors,we propose the"Two Wings Flying Together"model. This model utilizes the tension transmission between the inherent mesentery of the organ and that of adjacent organs. The assistant constructs the surgical field while the lead surgeon provides micro-tension,allowing for faster and more effective completion of the surgery.
