Abstract:Objective To explore the risk factors related to drug-induced liver injury(DILI)in patients with lung cancer, and to evaluate the rationality of the application of hepatoprotective drugs in patients with drug-induced liver injury of lung cancer. Methods A retrospective case-control study was conducted to collect 378 patients with lung cancer from January 1,2018 to March 31,2023,including 189 patients with drug-induced liver injury(DILI)as the observation group, and 189 patients without DILI as the control group. The clinical characteristics of the two groups of patients were compared.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of liver injury in lung cancer patients. Results History of alcohol consumption(OR=0.320,95%CI:0.153-0.667),history of fatty liver(OR=0.235,95%CI:0.100-0.556),history of hepatitis B(OR=0.180,95%CI:0.057-0.566),and use of PP regimen(OR=3.933,95%CI:1.856-8.334)and AP regimen(OR=3.530,95%CI:1.535-8.117)were independent risk factors for drug-induced liver injury caused by antitumor drugs(P<0.05).Conclusions History of alcohol consumption, fatty liver, hepatitis B,and use of AP and PP regimens are independent risk factors for DILI in lung cancer patients, and liver function indicators should be closely monitored after treatment with antitumor drugs.
