Advances in precision therapy for triple-negative breast cancer

Abstract：Tripl e-negative breast cancer(TNBC)has always gained more attention from researchers due to its high malignancy and poor prognosis.In recent years,with the in-depth research on the pathogenesis and drug resistance mechanism,and the improvement of major histological technologies,our treatment of breast cancer has gradually changed from traditional neoadjuvant therapy to precision therapy.Among them,TNBC has become a major challenge in the precision treatment of breast cancer due to its high tumor heterogeneity and lack of specific molecular markers.This article focuses on the research progress in TNBC precision therapy so far.
