Abstract：In recent years,breast cancer has become one of the most common malignant tumors seriously endangering women's health.Its incidence rate is increasing year by year,and there is a trend of younger age.With the progress of comprehensive treatment of breast cancer,the surgical treatment of breast cancer has gradually changed from the initial maximum tolerance treatment to the effective treatment of minimal trauma,and also gradually toward the direction of the best quality of life.The treatment of breast cancer is not only a battle against disease,but also a pursuit of beauty and health.Therefore,in terms of the treatment of breast cancer,how to give consideration to the physiological cure and psychological adaptation of patients is a problem that needs to be solved and considered for a long time.Laparoscopic surgery has sparked a new technological storm in the field of breast surgery due to its high safety and good postoperative cosmetic effects.Our department has also made a lot of exploration and efforts in breast endoscopic technology,and has formed its own unique style of breast endoscopic technology.This article reviews the application experience and progress of endoscopic technology in surgical treatment of breast cancer.
