Abstract:The p21-activated kinase family(PAKs),belonging to the serine/threonine protein kinase family,plays crucial regulatory roles in various cellular processes.In recent years,significant progress has been made in the study of PAKs in colorectal cancer,highlighting their pivotal roles in cancer development and progression.This review summarizes the latest research advancements,focusing on the expression,regulatory mechanisms,and the biological functions of PAKs in colorectal cancer.Additionally,it highlights the progress in research on PAKs inhibitors and provides insights for future directions in research and treatment.
