Abstract：TSP1 is one of the secreted glycoproteins with characters of multi-structures and-functions and plays a vital role in diseases of the urinary system.This article reviews the molecular structure of TSP1,the relationship with urinary system diseases,and the research progress of TSP1-targeted therapy,aiming to explore the application of sensitive and effective molecular targets in the basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of urinary system diseases.
