Abstract:Objective Pelvic autonomic nerve preservation discussed the total mesorectum excision of ap-plication in low rectal cancer anal surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis of pelvic autonomic nerve preserva-tion application of total mesorectal excision combined with double stapling technique for the treatment of the clin-ical data of 32 patients with low rectal cancer. Results Local recurrence rate was 6. 25%, and 5-year survival rate was 75%, 12. 5% voiding dysfunction, sexual dysfunction (18. 75%). Conclusions Low rectal cancer pelvic autonomic nerve preservation application of total mesorectum excision can effectively reduce the local re-currence rate and improve survival rate, and can better keep colorectal cancer patients with postoperative mictu-rition and sexual function. Sphincter preservation in total mesoretal excision of low rectal carcinoma is effective, safe and relatively ideal operating style.
