The significance of intestinal function recovery under the treatment of IL-35 and miRNA-488 in postop-erative gastric cancer drug phonophoresis combined with acupuncture

Abstract：Objective To investigate the drug phonophoresis combined acupuncture promoting gastrointesti-nal function recovery after operation in gastric cancer. Methods 79 cases of postoperative gastric cancer pa-tients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, under the comprehensive treatment of the same circumstance, the experimental group were used drug phonophoresis combined with acupuncture alone. Upon the observation of two groups of patients, serum IL-35, miRNA-488, abdominal circumference changes, bowel sound recovery, anal exhaust defecation gastrointestinal function recovery and the length of hospital stay were analyzed accordingly. Results The serum IL-35, miRNA-488 in experimental group decreased significant-ly than that of the control group, abdominal circumference changes after treatment 48 h, 72 h, 96 h and 120 h and a two set of recovery time of bowel sound comparison, were statistically significant (P<0. 05), abdominal circumference and after treatment, changes in 24 h and the length of hospital stay between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0. 05). Conclusions Drug phonophoresis combined with acupuncture can accelerate the bowel sound recovery along with the recovery of gastrointestinal function, also can reduce exhaust defecation time, abdominal distension of postoperative gastric cancer patients. The serum levels of IL-35, miRNA-488 can evaluate the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic medicine penetration.
