Abstract:Objective To expcore the expression and clinical significance of AnnexinⅡin esophageal squa-mous cell cancer and analyze the relationship between AnnexinⅡand clinicopathological features. Methods Im-munohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of AnnexinⅡamong 41 matched pairs of esophageal squa-mous cell cancer tissues and 10 cases of normal esophageal tissues. Results There were obviously differences in the expression of AnnexinⅡin esophageal squamous cell cancer tissues, circa-cancerous tissues and normal esoph-ageal tissues(P<0. 05). In the specimens of esophageal squamous cell cancer, expression of AnnexinⅡrelated to cell differentiation of tumors and metastasis of lymph node, no relation to age, sex, depth of invasion and clinical stage(P>0. 05). Conclusions The expressions of AnnexinⅡhad important effect in development and growth in esophageal squamous cell cancer, and might become a diagnosis index and treating target in clinic treatment.
