Combination of laparoscopy and “Blue Dish”technology for simultaneous double primary colorectal cancer:a clinical analysis of 5 cases

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the surgery skills and clinical effects of operation with the combination of laparoscopy and “Blue Dish”technology.Methods 5 patients with simultaneous double primary colorectal cancer were analyzed retrospectively in the GI Department of Tangshan People's Hospital from Sep.2009 to May.2014,operated with the combination of laparoscopic and “Blue Dish”technology.Results 5 cases were all successfully performed with no case of death,the average time of surgery was 185 minutes;the average vol-ume of blood loss was 115 ml,the average number of removal lymph nodes was 30.All the patients recovered well after operation without wound infection,anastomotic leakage,intestinal obstruction or other complications. Conclusions The operation of double primary colorectal cancer with the combination of laparoscopy and “Blue Dish”technology is safe and feasible;alleviating the wound reaction and obtaining a good therapeutic effect at the same time.
