Abstract:During treating wich NACT,compared with the ratio of L/Mof B group, the incidence of diarrhea, vomiting and nausea of A group was significantly lower. The L/Mratio of all patients increased after treating wich NACT,and the ratio of patients in B group was higher than that in A group. But no significant differences between two groups in pathologic response were observed in postoperative samples. Conclusions Oral glutamine could alle-viate NACT-induced increase in intestinal permeability and the toxicity, such as diarrhea, vomiting and nausea, but had no effect on the pathological response of gastric cancer.
