Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical value of imaging diagnosis combined with needle biopsy for multiple primary carcinoma of breast and lung. Methods The lung neoplasms were found in 6 patients with breast cancer. Causes of pathological changes were determined according to the imaging diagnosis at first, then CT-guided fine-needle biopsy was performed at the target site, the pathology results and clinical value were ana-lyzed in all cases accordingly. Results The lung lesions in 6 cases were considered lung primary cancer ac-cording to imaging diagnosis. The successful rate of acupuncture was 100%. 5 cases were diagnosed with malig-nant lesions by CT-guided biopsy;including 4 cases were diagnosed with lung primary adenocarcinoma by im-munohistochemical staining diagnosis. Conclusions The imaging diagnosis combined with needle biopsy for multiple primary carcinomas of breast and lung can meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
