Research progress in mechanism of adipose tissue phenotype transformation and its role in metabolic diseases

Abstract：The incidence of metabolic diseases is on the rise,seriously affecting people's physical health.Adipose tissue phenotype transformation is a key target for regulating metabolic diseases,promoting adipose tissue browning,significantly improving insulin resistance and energy imbalance,while adipose tissue whitening exacerbates inflammatory responses and accelerates disease progression.In this paper,the research progress in the mechanism of adipose tissue phenotype transformation and its role in metabolic diseases is reviewed.
