Abstract：Parkinson's disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease with insidious onset and atypical early symptoms,posing challenges for early diagnosis and treatment.Eye movement abnormalities,as an important window reflecting the dysfunction of the central nervous system,show a good application prospect in the research of PD.In this paper,the research progress in pathological mechanisms and clinical application value of eye movement abnormalities in PD is reviewed.
