Abstract：Transfusion-associated graft-versus-host disease(TA-GVHD)is a rare but extremely serious complication of blood transfusion.The Editorial Committee of Expert Consensus on the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Transfusion-Associated Graft-versus-Host Disease(2025 Edition)organized the experts in China from the fields of blood transfusion department,hematology department and digestive department to formulate Expert Consensus on the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Transfusion-Associated Graft-versus-Host Disease(2025 Edition).This consensus puts forward expert consensus opinions on the auxiliary examinations related to TA-GVHD,the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of TA-GVHD,and the prevention and treatment strategies of TA-GVHD.
