Abstract:The incidence of gynecologic malignant tumors is not only relatively high but also shows a trend of younger age.The rapid development of diagnosis and treatment techniques has significantly prolonged the survival period of the gynecologic malignant tumor patients, and the median age of the survivors of gynecologic malignant tumor patients at menopause is 44 years, which is significantly earlier than that of normal females at natural menopause. It is worth noting that more and more women are experiencing the risk of premature ovarian insufficiency or osteoporosis, cardiovascular diseases and cognitive decline caused by early menopause after cancer treatment, which seriously affect their quality of life.Given that the majority of cancer patients with menopausal symptoms have not received effective treatment, this paper analyzes and discusses the issues related to hormone replacement therapy after treatment of gynecologic cancer, providing assistance for clinicians in dealing with such problems.
