Abstract:Objective To evaluate the influencing factors of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)complicated with preeclampsia by using Meta-analysis.Methods The literature on GDM complicated with preeclampsia in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,PubMed,Embase,EBSCO,Web of Science, the Cochrane Library,Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature(CINAHL)and Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)were searched by using computer. The publication time of the searched papers ranged from the establishment of each database to October 11,2024.RevMan 5.3 and STATA 16.0 softwares were used for data analysis. Results A total of 13 papers were included in this study, with a total sample size of 4 999 cases. The results of Meta-analysis showed that family history of hypertension[OR(95% CI)=2.23(1.20-4.15)],body mass index(BMI)[OR(95% CI)=2.60(1.72-3.93)],total cholesterol(TC)[OR(95% CI)=1.32(1.11-1.57)],complicating gestational hypertension[OR(95% CI)=7.74(2.70-22.20)]and glycemic control status[OR(95% CI)=5.83(2.29-14.84)]were the influencing factors of GDM complicated with preeclampsia, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effects of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),homocysteine(Hey),parity, increased body mass during pregnancy, blood glucose level, age, type 1 diabetes mellitus and systolic blood pressure>120 mmHg on GDM complicated with preeclampsia were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Family history of hypertension,BMI,TC,complicating gestational hypertension and glycemic control status are the influencing factors of GDM complicated with preeclampsia.
