Abstract：The diagnosis and treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in children are faced with many challenges,such as limited medicine options,high drug resistance rate and poor compliance,which affect the eradication rate.This paper aims at analyzing the current status of diagnosis and treatment of Hp infection in children,analyzing the difficulties and exploring the future prospects,in order to provide reference for clinical practice and research.
