Research progress of drug therapy for refractory gout

Abstract：Patients with refractory gout(RG)often have severe disease condition,and don't respond well to medication.The patients are prone to recurrent acute attacks,and are more prone to joint destruction and dysfunction,which seriously affect the quality of life of the patients.In recent years,a new understanding of the clinical characteristics and risk factors of RG has been obtained,and new progress has been made in the research of therapeutic drugs.In this paper,the research progress of drug therapy for RG is reviewed.
