Abstract：Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.The status of axillary lymph nodes is very important for the clinical staging,treatment strategy and prognosis assessment of breast cancer.Although traditional open sentinel lymph node biopsy is significantly effective in evaluating the status of axillary lymph nodes in early breast cancer,it may leave large scars after surgery and the patients have a longer recovery period.With the continuous progress of endoscopic technology,the application of endoscopic-assisted sentinel lymph node biopsy in the treatment of breast cancer is increasing.In this paper,the research progress on the application of endoscopic sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer is reviewed.
