Abstract：In 2024,the Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis(ABPA)Working Group(AWG)of the International Society for Human and Animal Mycology(ISHAM)conducted a comprehensive revision of the diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines for ABPA proposed in 2013.This revision clarifies the definition,laboratory tests,diagnostic criteria,clinical and imaging classifications of ABPA/mycosis(M),and elaborates on the corresponding treatment methods.The new guidelines significantly improve the diagnostic sensitivity of ABPA/M and simplify the clinical and imaging classifications of ABPA/M,making the diagnosis of ABPA/M easier to understand and apply.The new guidelines also propose targeted treatment principles based on clinical classifications,providing more clear and practical guidance for clinicians.In this paper,Revised ISHAM-ABPA Working Group Clinical Practice Guidelines for Diagnosing,Classifying and Treating Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis/Mycoses is interpreted in depth,aiming to provide reference and guidance for researchers and clinicians in related fields.
