Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of gallbladder-preserving lithotomy in cholelithiasis under transumbilical endoscope and the application effect of absorbable clips in the surgical procedure. Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with cholelithiasis who underwent gallbladder-preserving lithotomy under transumbilical endoscope in the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from August 2020 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and their surgical effects were summarized. Results The operations of the 7 patients were successfully completed, and the operation time was 121-275 minutes. There were 6 cases with intraoperative blood loss ≤10 mL and 1 case with intraoperative blood loss>20 mL.Four to ten absorbable clips were used during the operations. The closure time of gallbladders was 29-93 minutes. The time of first anal exhaust or first defecation after the operations was 24-36 hours.Mild postoperative pain occurred in 2 cases, and the pain could be relieved by itself. The duration of hospitalization was 6-10 days, and no complications such as fever, biliary fistula and poor closure were found during hospitalization. The follow-up evaluations showed good gallbladder function in the patients. Conclusion The treatment of cholelithiasis with gallbladder-preserving lithotomy under transumbilical endoscope and the application of absorbable clips in the surgical procedure are safe and feasible, and worthy of clinical promotion.
