Research progress of oral gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound in evaluating the effects of different diseases on gastric motility and gastric emptying function

Abstract：Different diseases can lead to gastrointestinal dysfunction and gastrointestinal symptoms,and then affect the gastric motility and gastric emptying function,seriously affecting the patients'quality of life.Therefore,assessing the patients'gastric motility and gastric emptying function is particularly important for guiding clinical treatment and evaluating therapeutic effect and predicting prognosis.Oral gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound(OCUS)is the emerging imaging examination method in recent years,and its application in the field of gastric motility and gastric emptying is gradually mature.In this paper,the research progress of OCUS in evaluating the effects of different diseases on gastric motility and gastric emptying function is reviewed.
