Research progress on molecular mechanisms of the signaling pathways in rheumatoid arthritis complicated with osteoporosis

Abstract：Osteoporosis(OP)is one of the most common comorbidities of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).RA complicated with OP can exacerbate bone destruction,increase the risk of fractures,reduce the patients'quality of life and increase social burden.The etiology of RA complicated with OP is complex and its pathogenesis is not fully understood.At present,the treatment of RA complicated with OP is a difficult point in clinical work.Understanding the signaling pathways of the disease can provide a new means for developing diagnosis and treatment of the disease.In this paper,the research progress on molecular mechanisms of the signaling pathways in RA complicated with OP is reviewed.
