Abstract:Congenital pulmonary airway malformation(CPAM)is a rare congenital cystic lung disease. In recent years, with the development of ultrasonic technology, the detection rate of CPAM has shown an upward trend.CPAM has the risk of repeated pulmonary infection and malignant transformation,so timely surgical treatment of CPAM is very important.Minimally invasive surgery has gradually become the preferred surgical method of CPAM due to its advantages of minimal trauma and rapid recovery. In this paper, the research progress on minimally invasive surgical treatment of CPAM in children is reviewed.
