Research progress of exosome detection in diagnosis and treatment of bone tumors

Abstract：Examination of the body fluids has become an important direction in the field of tumor research.Exosomes derived from maternal tumor cells contain messenger ribonucleic acid(mRNA),micro ribonucleic acid(miRNA)and other genomic proteins.These genomic proteins have the specificity of maternal tumors,and play an important role in the discovery,diagnosis and treatment of tumors.In this paper,the research progress of exosome detection in diagnosis and treatment of bone tumors is reviewed.
