Research progress of radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy for esophageal cancer

Abstract：Esophageal cancer(EC)is a common malignant tumor with high mortality.The traditional treatment methods of EC,including surgical resection,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,have limited efficacy.With the rapid devel-opment of immunotherapy,more and more studies have been exploring the potential of radiotherapy combined with immuno-therapy for EC.In this paper,the research progress of radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy for EC is reviewed.
