Abstract：In the context of the era of great health,vigorously developing the health industry,maintaining and ensuring the health of the whole population in all aspects and throughout the full cycle have become an important national strategy.The organic integration of health management and commercial health insurance has become the mainstream.This paper focuses on the current situation of the integration and development of health management and health insur-ance,and analyzes the new opportunities brought by the in-depth cooperation and development of the two sides.
