Strategies for constructing a proactive healthcare service system in Guangxi

Abstract：In order to cope with the problems of the increasing incidence of related diseases due to the increasing ageing of the population and changes in lifestyle,the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(Guangxi Academy of Medical Sciences)has made an exploration on how to carry out the proactive healthcare service in Guangxi.This paper elaborates on the times background of proactive healthcare,the definition and connotation of proactive health-care and service system,and explores the construction of Guangxi's proactive healthcare service system from five dimen-sions:health science popularization,platform empowerment,application promotion,"three tiers and three alls",and tripartite collaboration,providing reference for further promoting the transformation of the traditional medical mode to the proactive healthcare medical mode.
