Abstract:The combined treatments for breast cancer with surgery, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy have significantly improved the long-term survival rate of breast cancer patients. More and more young patients hope to get pregnant and give birth after active treatment of breast cancer. But young breast cancer patients also face problems with amenorrhea and fertility preservation after treatment. Measures to preserve fertility before systemic treatment should be considered for some young breast cancer patients. This article will discuss the reproductive protection of breast cancer patients during treatment.
