Correlation between hs-CRP and Cys-C in coronary heart disease
Abstract:Objective To study the correlation between hypersensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and cystatin C (Cys-C) in coronary heart disease. Methods Two hundred and eighteen patients with coronary heart disease were collected as coronary heart disease group from August 2017 to January 2018.The patients in the coronary heart disease group were divided into three subgroups according to Gensini scores:mild lesion group (Gensini scores≤30 points, n=77), moderate lesion group (Gensini scores=3048 points, n=69) and severe lesion group (Gensini scores≥48 points, n=72).48 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as control group.hs-CRP and Cys-C were determined by immunoturbidimetry.ResultsThe levels of hs-CRP and Cys-C in the coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Compared with those in the mild lesion group and the moderate lesion group, the levels of hs-CRP and Cys-C in the severe lesion group were significantly evelated (P<0.05).Compared with those in the mild lesion group, the levels of hs-CRP and Cys-C in the moderate lesion group were significantly elevated (P<0.05).Conclusion hs-CRP and Cys-C are significantly correlated with the severity of coronary heart disease.
