Results Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was similar to incomplete KD clinically. The clinical symptoms of herpangina interfered with the diagnosis of Kawasaki disease. Conclusion Although the incomplete KD complicated with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and herpangina is rare, more attention should be paid to it when 2 or 3 manifestations of KD are shown in the patients, and the related examinations should be taken to prevent the complications and to reduce the missed diagnosis and mortality.
