The dy namic changes of IL-22 an d its clinical significance inp atients with AMI
Abstract：Objective To observe the dynamic changes of IL-22 in the process of ventricular remodeling af-ter acute myocardial infarction( AMI) and to explore the effect of IL-22 on ventricular remodeling.Methods Sixty AMI patients diagnosed by coronary angiography were collected as the experimental group, and other 30 patients with-out coronary heart disease were taken as the control group.At the time points of 2 hours, 2 weeks and 4 weeks, the left ventricular function was detected with color doppler echocardiography and the serum concentration of IL-22 was determined with ELISA, and IL-22mRNA was determined with RT-PCR.Results The left venticular function and left ventricular remodeling declined in AMI patients.The serum concentration and mRNA expression of IL-22 in-creased with time prolonging and were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group at different time points.Conclusion The dynamic changes of IL-22 level and mRNA expression exist in patients with AMI.IL-22 may play a role in ventricular remodeling after AMI.
