Abstract:Objective To investigate changes of the levels of hs-CRP, BNP and Hcy and their clinical sig-nificances in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods The levels of hs-CRP, BNP, Hcy and LVEF in 63 patients with CHF(CHF group) and 55 healthy people(control group) were analyzed. The changes of hs-CRP, BNP, Hcy and LVEF were compared between the two groups .The relationship between hs-CRP, BNP, Hcy and LVEF was analyzed .Results Compared with the control group , the levels of hs-CRP, BNP and Hcy in CHF group were signigi-cantly higher(P<0.05).The individuals with higher levels of hs-CRP, BNP and Hcy had higher NYHA cadiac function classification in the CHF group(P<0.05).The levels of Hs-CRP, BNP and Hcy were positively correlated with LVEF(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of hs-CRP, BNP and Hcy in patients with CHF are positively corre-lated with the aggravation of heart failure , and are positively correlated with LVEF , which can be used as the ancillar-y diagnosis of chronic heart failure .
