Abstract：Objective To investigate the correlation between ACE and CYP 2D6 polymorphism and the effect of perindopril.Methods The genotype was determined by PCR in 158 patients.The differences of left ventricular end-diastolic diameters ( LVDD) , left ventricular ejection fractions ( LVEF) and AngⅡlevel before and after perindo-pril treatment were detected .Results The patients with DD/CC, DD/CT and DD/TT phenotype had a great de-crease in LVDD and AngⅡ after perindopril treatment .Conclusion ACE polymorphisms correlates to the effect of perindopril treatment .CYPD2D6 polymorphism does not correlate to the perindopril treatment .
