Clinical observation of phentolamine, dobutamine and xueshuantong in the treatment of 60 patients with a-cute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of phentolamine, dobutamine, and xueshuantong in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chrohic pulmonary heart disease.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with phentolamine, dobutamine combined with xueshuantong on the basis of conventional therapy. The therapeutic efficacy were observed after 10 days of treatment.Results The curative effect of the observation group showed was excellent in 40 patients, effective in 16 patients, noneffective in 4 patients.The curative effect of the control group showed marked was excellent in 26 patients, effective in 15 patients,no effect in 19 patients,there was a significant difference in the therapeutic efficacy between two groups(P<0.01).After treatment all indexes of cardiac function and hemodynamics and blood gas analysis were improved significantly in two groups(P<0.05),but the observation group was better in improving the above indexes compared with in the control group(P<0.01).Con-clusion On the basis of the conventional therapy, the use of phentolamine, dobutamine combined with xueshuantong in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease has better curative effects.
