The clinical observation of the modified DCF regime in the treatment of 33 patients with advanced gastric cancer

Abstract：Objective To observe the efficacies and toxicities of the modified DCF regime in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer .Methods Thirty-three patients with advanced gastric cancer , diagnosed by histopathology and imaging, were treated with the modified DCF regime .Each patient received at least 2 cycles of the treatment . The efficacies and toxicities were evaluated after treatment .Results Among thirty-three patients ,the overall response rate was 51.5%(CR in 1 patients,PR in 16 patients).The main toxicities were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reactions .Conclusion The effect of the modified DCF regime in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is better , and the toxicities are tolerable .
