Clinical observation of xuesaitong, low molecular dextran combined with ganglioside in the treatment of a-cute cerebral infarction

Abstract：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of xuesaitong injection powder , low molecular dextran combined with ganglioside in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction .Methods Ninety-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups ,the treatment group ( n=57 ) was treated with xuesai-tong injection powder, low molecular dextran combined with ganglioside;the control group(n=41) was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine, citicoline, venoruton injection,the course of treatment was 14 days.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) , the reducing degree of neurological deficit scores in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the control group ( P<0.01 ) , there was no significant side effects in the treatment .Conclusion Xuesaitong injection , low molecular dextran com-bined with ganglioside in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is a kind of safe and effective therapeutic method and is worthy of promotion .
