Clinical observation of Dengzhan Xixin Injection in treating cerebral infarction

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of cerebral infarction by Dengzhan Xixin Injection .Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction were divided into observation group ( n=30) and control group(n=30).On the basis of conventional treatment thirty patients in observation group were trea-ted by Dengzhan Xixin Injection, thirty patients in control group were treated by PSS injection , The treatment course was 25 days.At the end of treatment , comparative analysis of hemorheological indices and curative effect were com -pared .Results The curative effect of observation group was better than that in the control group ( P<0.05 ) ,and lev-els of hemorheological indices such as plasma viscosity , whole blood viscosity at high or low sheer rate , in observation group were better than those before treatment or in control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Dengzhan Xixin Injection treatment for cerebral infarction is the safety and effective , and can significantly improve the hemorheological indices .
