Analysis on general survey result of gynecological disease in female workers of Binyang County between 2011 and 2013 and intervening measures

Abstract：Objective To analyze the situation of general survey and treatment of gynecological diseases in female workers of Binyang County of Nanning City , and explore the actual corresponding control measures .Methods The situation of general survey of gynecological diseases in female workers of Binyang County of Nanning City dur -ing 2011~2013 were compared and analyzed .Results During 2011~2013 gynecological diseases prevalence of fe-male workers were 79.17%, 78.48%, 71.77%, with a three-year average prevalence rate of 76.47%, appeared a decrease trend year by year (χ2 =21.375 ,P=0.000 ) .The proportion of female workers and their common diseases were as follows:chronic cervicitis (46.4%~56.7%);breast disease (39.8%~64.8%);uterine prolapse (1.2%~3.3%);vagina wall relaxation ( 0.8%~1.6%); uterine fibroids ( 6.1% ~20.2%) , appeared to be on the rise trend year by year(P<0.05);pelvic fluid(6.6%~10.4%) ;adnexal mass(2.2%~5.2%);cervical cell abnor-malities(2.2%~11.0%); appeared a adecrease trend year by year (P<0.05).Conclusion The general preva-lence of gynecological disease from 2011 to 2013 appeared a decrease trend year by year , except some disease ap-peared to be on the rise trend .It should be put general survey of gynecological disease as the key elements of the health care, let female workers can guide them to prevent reproductive tract infections , to develop good habits , to un-derstand their own health conditions , to detect the disease and receive symptomatic treatment , in order to reduce the prevalence of gynecological diseases .
