Analysis of 720 cases of repeated cesarean

Abstract：Objective To summarize the experience of repeated cesarean in order to reduce operation dam -age and complication .Methods A retrospective analysis on the different ways of operation and results on 720 pa-tients who had repeated cesarean .Results Fifty severe adhesion patients did not have any damage to their intestines or bladders, eighty patients who did not recover well from the last operation did not bleed between the menses . Twelve patients whose placentas were partly adhered to cesarean section scar bled much and stopped bleeding by sew -ing.A patient whose placenta was widely adhered to cesarean section scar bled much more and had her uterus ex -cised, 2 patients who had prepositional placenta bled a little more after being treated and had their uterus excised . Conclusion The way can be used not only to treat those who have repeated cesarean with severe adhesion ,but it can also be used to treat the patients who do not recover from last cesarean .So the way is well worth popularizing .
