Diagnosis and treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after gynecological pelvic vaginal surgery

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of conservative treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(LEDVT) after gynecological pelvic vaginal surgery .Methods Forty patients who received gynecologic pelvic vaginal surgery and suffered from postoperative LEDVT were used as the research objects , their clinical charac-teristics, diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed .Results The incidence of LEDVT was 1%( 40/4000 ) .The used drugs included compound danshen injection , low molecular heparin calcium injection , low molecu-lar dextram injection danshen injection , or added with traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation as -pirin and soon.The postoperative follow-up of 3 months to 2 years showed, all patients had not sequelae .Conclusion For the patients with LEDVT after gynecological pelvic vaginal surgery , it is necessary to perform early diagnosis and treatment in order to obtain better efficacy.
