Multi-index comprehenisve evaluation of extraction process of love m outh gargle liquid

Abstract：Objective To optimize the extraction process of love mouth gargle liquid , ensure the quality of preparation .Methods Taking three factors ( water volume , extracting time and extracting times ) as investigation fac-tors, with three indexes ( berberine hydrochloride content , total polysaccharide content and extract yield ) , the opti-mum extraction process of the love mouth gargle liquid was examined using the comprehensive evaluation method .Re-sults The optimum extraction process for preparation included adding 6 times amount of water ,extraction time of 30 minutes , 3 times of extraction .Conclusion The optimum extraction process is feasible , good stability ,can effective-ly guarantee the quality of preparation .
