Clinical study on the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction with low molecular weight heparin calcium
Abstract：Objective To study the effect and the safety of low molecular weight heparin calcium on the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy-six patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into low molecular weight heparin calcium treated group (treatment group) and control group. The control group was given routine drug treatment and the treatment group was given low molecular weight heparin calcium treatment at the same time.Results The effective rat was significantly highter in the treatment group than in the control group and hemodynamic change of treatment group were apparently better than those of control group.Conclusion The treatment of progressive cerebral infarction with low molecular weight heparin calcium is safe and efficient.
