Analysis on the biochemistry and immunity indexes in the children with hemophagocytic syndrome
Abstract：Objective To investigate the change of the biochemistry and immunity indexes in the children with hemophagocytic syndrome and its clinical significance. Methods The immunofluorescence and enzyme immuno assay methods were applied for detecting the biochemistry and immunity indexes of vein blood specimens from the children with hemophagocytic syndrome (the experiment group) and the ones with ordinary respiratory tract infection (the comparison group) respectively.Results Compared with the comparison group GPT、GOT、LDH、TBIL、TG、FP and β2-PG of the experiment group increased, in the same time, FIB and ALB reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Some biochemistry and immunity indexes have obvious changes in children with hemophagocytic syndrome,it is significant to diagnose and take pertinent therapy for this disease.
