Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of family resilience intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 80 AMI patients who underwent PCI admitted to the department of cardiovascular medicine of the Affiliated Wuxi People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University between September 2024 and February 2025 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an intervention group(n=40)using a random number table. Both groups received routine care, while the intervention group additionally received the family resilience intervention. Results After the intervention, the scores for family resilience,post-traumatic growth, and coronary heart disease self-management in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=—5.330,P<0.001;t=—11.086,P<0.001;t=—7.781,P<0.001).Conclusion Family resilience intervention can significantly improve family resilience,post-traumatic growth and self-management ability in AMI patients after PCI,ultimately promoting their recovery.
