Abstract：This article reviews the concept of mobile healthcare,its application forms in the health management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients,application effects,as well as the limitations and challenges of mobile medicine applications,aiming to provide references for promoting its development and offering more comprehensive and efficient services for COPD patients.
