Abstract：This article reviews the research progress on psychological resuscitation of nurses as second victims of nursing safety adverse events,including its concepts,influencing factors,and the intervention strategies for psychological resuscitation.The article aims to provide professional support strategies for nursing managers in China to assist nurses who have been negatively affected by nursing adverse events,and to offer certain references and guidance for stabilizing the nursing human resources.
