Abstract:Objective To explore the design and application effect of an intelligent network management platform for nursing staff promotion. Methods The nursing staff to undergo hierarchical promotion and the nursing managers involved in the procedure in 2023-2024 of Henan Provincial People's Hospital were selected. The 150 nursing staff and 40 nursing managers who underwent hierarchical promotion in 2023 were set as the traditional paper group, and they completed the hierarchical promotion through paper-based material submission. The 150 nursing staff and 40 nursing managers who underwent hierarchical promotion in 2024 were set as the information group and they conducted the procedure through the intelligent network management platform. The material preparation time of the nursing staff, review time of the nursing managers, and the material qualification rate were compared between the two groups. Moreover, the system usability was evaluated using the system usability scale(SUS)score. Results The time spent on preparing materials and reviewing them in the information group were significantly shorter than those in the traditional paper group(t=52.924,P<0.001;t=6.508,P<0.001),and the qualified rate of materials preparation was significantly higher than the latter group(χ2=5.672,P=0.017).The SUS scores of the nursing staff and managers for the intelligent network management platform for hierarchical promotion were(73.10±5.94)and(74.40±7.02)points,respectively.Conclusion The design and clinical trial operation of the hierarchical promotion system can effectively save time for nursing promotion personnel and material reviewers, and significantly improve the work efficiency of nursing workers. Therefore,it is worthy of application.
