Abstract：This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with extremely preterm caused by uterine and bladder rupture due to invasive placenta accreta.The main points of nursing care include preoperative differential diagnosis and nursing,nursing for special medication,emergency treatment under multidisciplinary collaboration,postoperative support nursing,nursing for infection prevention and personalized psychological nursing.After multi-disciplinary collaborative treatment and meticulous care,the outcomes of both the mother and the baby were favorable.
